• For lamination of BOPP, PA, PET, PE and ALUFUIL printed or non-printed film and metallised for medium use
• If stored in closed containers, in a dry and dark place at a temperature of 25 to 30, it will be usable for a maximum of 12 months.
The two components of Takutan SF104-LB/SF91-LA must be heated up to a temperature above 40 ℃ before consumption in order to achieve the same and uniform mixture with the mentioned mixing ratio. The gram weight of glue on the film should be about 1.5-3.5 grams per square meter. The cooking time for rolling and cutting the laminated film is between 18 and 24 hours, and the polymer network is completed between 7 and 10 days in the laminated film at ambient temperature. Keeping the roll of laminated films at high temperature reduces the baking time. It is possible to produce a three-layer laminate 12 hours after the production of a two-layer film
